Your scanner may take a few seconds to process all the pages and load them onto the computer. Once all the settings have been selected, click the Scan button to start the scanning process. That’s it, the Epson software will now collect all the scanned images and convert them into one PDF file. Select the scan option for multiple pages and then select the pages you want to include in the scan, if desired. For the last page, click on the ‘ Save File’ option.Keep choosing “Add page” for all the images until you reach the last page. Since, this is the first page, you should choose the option ‘ Add page’. A pop-up window will ask you to either ‘Add page’, ‘Edit page’ or ‘Save File’.Now start scanning your page and a window show you the scanned page image.Then, click on the ‘ OK’ button to finalize settings. Scanning Multiple Documents to a PDF File Select Professional Mode from the Mode list. From the drop-down list, select ‘ PDF’ option. Click on the ‘ down arrow’ associated with the Image Format field.Basically, you have to click on the link that decides where the scanned file goes.
